MORE Sign, Say & Play™
MORE Sign, Say & Play™ classes are an extension of our Sign, Say & Play™ classes for babies and parents. These classes follow the familiar Sign, Say & Play™ format with fun songs, games and activities that introduce 36 new signs from these important themes:

- Safety
- Farm
- Zoo
- Birthday

Kids Love to Sign
A fun, signing adventure for children 3 years old-8 years old. Most experts agree that the earlier a child is introduced to a second language, the greater the chances are that the child will become truly proficient in the language. A February 1996 Newsweek article made the claim that "A child taught a second language after the age of 10 or so is unlikely ever to speak it like a native." This statement is supported by linguists and has been proven in extensive research studies. In addition to developing a lifelong ability to communicate with more people, children may derive other benefits from early language instruction, including improved overall school performance and superior problem-solving skills. This program consists of six classes, meeting weekly, for 45 minutes each week and introduce these weekly themes:
ASL Alphabet
People I know and love (family and community members)
Opposites
Counting, Days of the Week, Seasons
Feelings and Colors
Eating Signs and Manners
Early Childhood Educator Training
The Baby Signs(R) Early Childhood Educator Training gives caregivers the ability to identify needs, wants, and feelings of children before the children have developed the skills necessary for verbal communication. These workshops are based on the work of Dr. Linda Acredolo and Dr. Susan Goodwyn, authors of the best-selling book, BABY SIGNS: How to Talk with Your Baby Before Your Baby Can Talk, and is supported by 20 years of research.
A Certified Instructor will come to your center to present the training and teach caregivers how to use the resource materials. There are 3 levels of training to choose from and all of them incorporate how teachers can use the Baby Signs(R) Program to address the areas of cognitive, physical, social, emotional, and language development within their current curriculum.
Your staff will learn the WHAT, WHY, WHEN, and HOW of the Baby Signs(R) Program. Teachers will learn about the research which supports teaching babies to sign, why it works, when to start, and how to choose and teach signs.

Baby Signs(R) Promotional Presentation
This choice is a one-time, 20-minute presentation of the Baby Signs(R) Program! Would you like to have a visit from BeeBo™ the Baby Signs Bear? This promotional presentation is an ideal option for Mom's groups and clubs, playgroups, hospital support groups, library story times, children's shops promotional events, etc. This presentation will not only teach 3 baby signs, but will also inform your audience of the benefits of baby signing.
